These Cast brass Sconces were on the wall of a narrow stairway leading from the Butler's Pantry to the Kitchen. It was new during the previous owners renovation of the Townhouse in the 1990s. Very impressive pair. Had to be very close to the wall to light such a frequently trafficked stairway.
