Wonderful serpentine arms with husks and ornate arm backs - every inch has some kind of detail in relief and in 3 dimensions. The fluted design of the arms is repeated in the shell going from the body to the ceiling. The cast brass foliate detail is throughout the fixture. It has period transfer etched gas shades also with foliate detail.
