96 pieces of White Slag Glass were cut, bent, foiled and soldered
together in 1915 by a Stain Glass Artist to create this really
beautiful Dome shape that has a 28" drop x 16" diameter x
7" deep. White Slag Glass is a very translucent medium and
most of the light from the light bulb ends up coming through.
Wonderful Foyer light and great light for a breakfast nook in a
kitchen with other Leaded Glass elements.
3-Porcelain sockets will provide a lot of illumination.
Very nice embossed Wave design to finish off the top
of the bowl reminiscent of Neoclassical details from earlier periods.
Great for your Arts and Crafts Kitchen. Works well in an
environment with parallel lines like bead board.
